("Tripwingz"). The Terms govern all User access to and use of tripwingz.com, and any other Tripwingz website or client portal (collectively, the "Websites"), any Tripwingz mobile or desktop apps (the "Apps"), and any content, functionality, technology solutions and services offered on or through the Websites or Apps, including the free and paid subscription services (collectively, the "Services"). The Websites, Apps and Services are collectively referred to as the "Tripwingz Platform."

By using the Tripwingz Platform in any way, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, found at https://tripwingz.com/privacy and incorporated herein by reference.

The Tripwingz Platform is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Tripwingz Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Tripwingz and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Service Description and Subscription Terms

Tripwingz is a flight deal notification service operating under Austrian and EU law. Our services include:

3.1 Subscription and Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive the services you paid for until the end of your current billing period.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

• New members receive a 14-day free trial
• Premium members who complete a free trial are not eligible for a refund
• Membership payments are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used membership periods

3.3 Dispute Policy

If you believe you've been charged in error:

• We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
• If you initiate a payment dispute with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account

3.4 Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for remaining time on cancelled subscriptions
